Tanner is a 25-year-old with an insatiable curiosity for the world. She’s always been drawn to experiencing everything life has to offer—trying new things, exploring different perspectives, and diving headfirst into creative passions. Whether she’s painting, fire spinning, or getting lost in a good book, she thrives on discovery.

A natural social butterfly (something teachers constantly wrote in her yearbooks), she loves making connections and learning about people. That passion for conversation and storytelling led to the creation of this podcast—a space for open discussions, personal stories, and thought-provoking topics.

The name Finding Sila represents the journey of uncovering strength within ourselves. “Sila,” meaning power or strength in Russian, is a nod to Tanner's background of being adopted from Russia- something that has shaped her into who she is. This podcast is about embracing those personal journeys, tapping into inner strength, and finding power in every conversation and shared story.

When she’s not behind the mic, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Raven, and continuing her lifelong journey of exploration—through art, adventure, and meaningful conversations.
